Join The Zumba Party at The Taft House

Zumba at the Taft House

Looking for a fun workout and a great way to meet new friends right here in the neighborhood? Get in a groove with Zumba at The Taft House.

Zumba, Part Workout, Part Dance, All Fun!

Zumba is part intense interval workout, part dance, and all fun. Zumba takes the “work” out of a workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Zumba in The Meadows

Classes will be held at The Taft House Wednesday nights throughout August and September beginning August 2 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. It’s the perfect way to shake off the first part of the week and get over the hump.

You must pre-register for the entire month long class. The deadlines for registration are Wednesday, July 26 for August classes and  Wednesday, August 30 for September classes.

The costs $40/month for Meadows residents and $45/month for Non-residents.

Who can Zumba?

Anyone can Zumba as long as you’re 16 and over! You don’t have to be an expert or in top shape. If you’re motivated and want to have a fun time while burning calories, this is for you!

Don’t miss Zumba at The Taft House! Visit meadowslink.com or call The Grange to register 303-814-2358.
