“What’s going in over there?” It’s a common question I have as I drive around Castle Rock. This week’s question came to me as I was driving down Prairie Hawk just before Red Hawk. That dirt being moved is for the newest neighborhood in The Meadows, Blacktail. Richmond American Homes is building new homes in Blacktail with several models to choose from.
