If you’re looking for a creative outlet this winter, The Meadows has several opportunities for you to showcase your skills. Several art classes will introduce you to various types of art. It could be with a glass of wine and friends or alongside your kids, either way, it’s guaranteed to be a good time.

1. Castle Rock Chalk!
We’ve all seen a piece of cool chalkboard art in a store or on Pinterest, you might have a piece or two in your home. Now’s your chance to make your own chalkboard piece. The Grange is offering an art class to help you create a chalkboard message. Just in time for Valentine’s Day, you can create a unique Valentine’s message for your home.

2. Pinots and Palettes
Learn to paint on canvas at The Grange! In this art class, Artist Donna Martin will teach you how to create a masterpiece on canvas. Relax with friends during an evening of wine and art. This class is always a winner among residents. It’s a great chance to meet neighbors, have a drink and perhaps try something new. All supplies and wine will be provided with your registration, and you’ll get to take home your artwork.

3. March Parent Child Painting Class
Spend some quality time with your child while learning a unique way to paint. In this art class Russian artist, Wassily Kandinsky will teach you and your kids how to use color to show emotions in an abstract painting.
You’ll get instruction and all the supplies you need during the class. It promises to be a fun, memorable experience for you and your kids. You’ll also be able to keep your 16×20 painting to remember this special occasion.
