It’s not news that activity is abundant here in The Meadows. Each day you’ll find someone riding, running or walking the trails. However, this summer there’s been a different kind of activity, and it seems as if it’s going to continue through the fall. People are moving! Seriously, almost every day as I’m driving my kids around, it seems as if I see at least one moving truck, and new for sale signs. This got me thinking, where is everyone going? How many housing options do we have in The Meadows?
After taking stock of the community as a whole, I’ve found there’s something for everyone in The Meadows; townhomes, single family homes, rental homes, patio and low maintenance homes.
New Homes in The Meadows
You’ve seen the construction around the neighborhood; which means there are plenty of new homes in Castle Rock Colorado at The Meadows. The new neighborhoods are pleasant, close to everything, and most of the builders include efficiency options.
Existing Homes for Sale
Here in The Meadows, it’s hard to find a street that doesn’t have at least one home that’s for sale. It’s an incredible market for sellers right now, and The Meadows residents seem to be taking full advantage.
Rentals in The Meadows
I have neighbors that rent homes, and I’ve seen plenty of “For Rent” signs. A rental home is a great option if you are not ready to buy or if you’re transitioning.
If you’re looking for something a bit smaller, with less maintenance, the Morgan Creek neighborhood has great townhomes. It’s close to Paintbrush Park, Wiggly Park (a dog park), The Grange and they back to Native Legend Open Space.
One of the newest neighborhoods features patio homes. The community is low maintenance which means you won’t have to worry about small things like yard work and snow removal. There are several floor plans to choose from.
