Learn Decorating Basics and More
I’ve always wondered how to spread frosting on a cookie so that it’s smooth without glopping mounds of sugar all over. If you’re curious too, this class is for you. You’ll learn how to get the perfect royal icing consistency on your cookies along with techniques like basic flooding, wet on wet designs, marbling, and stenciling. If you watch those decorating shows, you’ll see them using parchment bags; this class will teach you to make your own bags for piping.
It promises to be a fun afternoon of working in the kitchen and learning something new. All of the cookies, icing, and supplies will be provided. You get to benefit from your hard work and take home 15 cookies!
