Summer Activities For Kids at The Grange
For the last few summers, my kids have enjoyed a few hours of education, games, and fun during the week at The Grange. This summer will be no different as Terrific Tuesdays is coming back for another summer. It’s a great opportunity for kids to meet up with friends from school as well as meet new friends from the neighborhood for a few hours of fun and games.
Arts, Crafts, Games and More!
Starting Tuesday, June 12 and every Tuesday afternoon throughout the summer, you can drop your kids off at The Grange from 1-3 pm for a fun activity. They’ll investigate everything from physics and astronomy to sports and exercise while having plenty of fun and games.
Take a Couple of Hours for Yourself
Terrific Tuesdays are supervised for kids ages 5-11. So, yes, you can drop your kids off for a few hours so that you can run a few errands, (I know running through King Soopers without chasing a kid is a big deal), get work done or just relax. Take the few hours to yourself. It truly will be a Terrific Tuesday.
Tuesday afternoons June 12 through July 31 (except for July 3) from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm.
June 12th – Fundamental Forces
June 19th – Harnessing Heat
June 26th – Under Pressure
July 10th – Minute To Win It
July 17th – Super Sticky Stuff
July 24th – Up, Up and Away
July 31st – Star Lab
Each week is $10 for Meadows Residents and $12 for Non-Residents. Register for all seven weeks by Friday, June 1st and you can get one week free (pay $60 instead of $70). If you sign up for all seven weeks in advance and you can’t make it one week, unfortunately, you won’t be refunded for that week.
